Wilson Sonsini partner Jodi Daniel is participating the "Data Systems, Reliability, and Governance" webinar on July 21, 2026, as part of a workshop series convened by the National Academies' Forum on Medical and Public Health Preparedness for Disasters and Emergencies. Jodi joins fellow panelists representing consulting and healthcare data industries for the session "Governing and Sharing Data." Panelists will examine governance structures, legal frameworks, and policies that influence data access, sharing, and use during disasters and emergencies. They will also explore challenges and opportunities related to privacy, security, interoperability, and cross-sector information sharing.
