Maureen Ohlhausen, Wilson Sonsini partner and former FTC Acting Chairman, is participating in the ABA Antitrust Law Section's Antitrust Masters Course. Maureen joins fellow discussants for the breakout session “Making Effective Agency Presentations,” focusing on understanding the agency decision-making process, the role of economists, practical dos and don’ts, and when and how to involve the client.

Maureen also joins fellow discussants for the breakout session “Counseling on Non-Merger Competitor Collaborations,” covering issues that commonly arise in competitor collaborations that fall short of a merger, including information exchange, standard-setting, joint R&D, patent pooling, and production/distribution joint ventures.

The Antitrust Masters Course is designed for mid-level or senior antitrust practitioners looking for more than the typical CLE conference.
