As part of this year’s program, Sara Patak, a partner in the firm’s Patents and Innovations practice, will serve as moderator for a panel titled “Inventorship and the Standards of Conception.” The session will examine the evolving law of inventorship and its implications for research institutions, companies, and practitioners.
