This event will feature three days of engaging presentations and discussions among practitioners, in-house counsel, and members of the bench, focusing on best practices, recent developments, and current policy considerations.

Litigation partner Jad Mills serves as Vice Chair of the Conference Committee for the PTAB Bar Association and is organizing the “Debate on Layered Patent Protection” session. The debate will take place at 10:35 AM on Friday, March 20, and examine layered patent protection, including current law, criticisms, and potential avenues for reform.

In addition, Jad and senior counsel Richard Torczon will moderate interactive roundtable sessions with PTAB Judges and attendees at 3:50 p.m. on Thursday, March 19.
