On Wednesday, May 13, Ben Labow will join antitrust officials from the U.S. FTC and several state Attorneys General, including Washington, Minnesota, Texas, and Pennsylvania on the panel "The Antitrust State AG Perspective” for a conversation on developments in state antitrust law, including amendments aligning with the Sherman Act, the role of state enforcers in federal cooperation, new merger legislative requirements, and collaboration between red and blue states. 

On Thursday, May 14, Jeff VanHooreweghe will participate in the panel titled "Antitrust & Algorithmic Pricing," where panelists will address lessons learned from the DOJ settlement in the RealPage case, state actions against algorithmic pricing, the use of non-public data, information exchanges, and the challenges faced by regulators.
