Wilson Sonsini partner Brian Smith is participating in the ABA Antitrust Law Section’s Global Seminar Series on May 13, 2026, in Mexico City. Brian is joining the Director General of the Mexican National Antitrust Commission and other esteemed panelists for the session titled “Exchanges of Information.” Panelists will address the complex regulation of information exchanges in Mexico, including the concept of “potential competitor” in cartel enforcement.
