Wilson Sonsini will join the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and partners for a virtual M&A Bootcamp. The event will provide an update on the current M&A environment, discuss best practices to position yourself for future M&A opportunities, and explore winning strategies for successful transitions. We are pleased to share insights from our expert partners at KPMG, Wilson Sonsini, and Woodruff Sawyer, who have spearheaded recent negotiations and deals.
This M&A bootcamp is intended for any executive who is involved in devising and/or executing an acquisition, from CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CTOs, and vice presidents of business development to leaders and teams that are responsible for identifying and managing a successful M&A transaction.
