Yann Padova will speak on May 21 at 10:30 CET as part of the panel, “My Chatbot, My Confidant? Protecting User Privacy in Generative AI Conversations.” The panel will discuss rising regulatory concerns around generative AI chatbots and privacy policies, current data protection and procedural rules, and emerging calls for an “AI privilege” or privacy-by-design alternatives.
Laura Brodahl will speak on May 21 at 10:30 CET as part of the panel, “Unpacking the Real-World Impact of the Digital & AI Omnibus: What’s at Stake and Who Benefits?” The panel will unpack the impact of the Digital Omnibus across different regulations, such as the GDPR, the AI Act, cybersecurity legislation, and the Data Act.
