His practice includes supporting all phases of grant and contract life cycles, including eligibility determination, teaming agreement and joint venture formation, bid and proposal support, contract administration, and program closeout.
With broad industry experience in legal, compliance, and operational roles across multiple industries, Tim provides a deep understanding of legal and regulatory requirements as well as the practical challenges faced by companies supporting government customers.
