Rich Evans is an associate in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he represents life sciences and technology companies (and investors) throughout their business life cycle, including venture capital and growth equity financings, secured and unsecured debt financings, corporate governance, strategic collaborations and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and public and private equity offerings. He also strives to serve his clients in a general counsel capacity, advising enterprises as their needs evolve from formation through financings to sale.
Prior to joining the firm, Rich was Vice President, Corporate Counsel of PureTech Health, where he served as the primary contact for all legal matters at PureTech. Before PureTech, Rich was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP in the technology and life sciences group.
At Columbia Law School, Rich served as a teaching assistant for Professor Robert J. Jackson Jr.’s corporations class and participated in Professor Alex Carter’s mediation clinic as a mediator.
