Nathalie Gorman is an associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s New York office, where she is a member of the internet litigation and strategy group. Her practice focuses on representing internet and digital media companies in complex, high-stakes litigation concerning online content moderation, Section 230 of the CDA, the First Amendment, and copyright law. Nathalie also counsels clients on business and strategy issues common to online, digital media, and technology companies, with a particular focus on website accessibility.
Prior to joining the firm, Nathalie was a commercial litigator at Mintz.
Before law school, Nathalie was a journalist. She served as senior editor of Law.com and as a writer and web producer at Oprah.com. She also interned at the Huffington Post and Salon.
