She has represented private and public companies in a broad range of corporate transactions, including cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, venture capital financings, and intellectual property licensing transactions. She has also supported clients in securities law reporting and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Erica was an associate in the New York office of Covington & Burling LLP. Before attending law school, she worked as a public health researcher and as a market research analyst focusing on the in vitro diagnostics industry.
