Conor has coordinated legal strategy for clients across complex cases spanning multiple fora, including developing strategy with an eye toward successful appeal.
Conor is an active commentator on legal issues. His articles have been cited as reasons to grant certiorari in successful petitions and his work on statutory construction has been favorably cited and followed by courts.
Conor Tucker is a litigator in the Century City office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and a member of the firm’s appellate practice. He has served as counsel of record in the United States Supreme Court and has briefed and argued appeals in federal and state appellate courts. Conor has also led briefing on high-stakes dispositive motions, mandamus petitions, and remand proceedings, including on issues of first impression. Conor has managed cases through every stage of litigation. He has experience litigating on a wide range of issues, including due process rights, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, copyright, contract, and patents for clients in a wide range of industries, including technology, apparel, entertainment, banking, healthcare, and computer sciences.
During law school, he won the Raul Berger Prize for his research on the jurisdictional aspects of the Defend Trade Secrets Act. He writes a quarterly column on developments in trade secret law for New Matter, the publication of the California Lawyers Association’s IP section.
Prior to joining the firm, Conor practiced at a leading trial litigation boutique in Los Angeles. He externed with the Honorable Ann Claire Williams on the Seventh Circuit while in law school.
