Cole Kroshus is a litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he specializes in complex commercial litigation, having litigated disputes at all stages. Cole has helped clients prevail on a number of dispositive motions at both the motion to dismiss and summary judgment phases. He has helped manage clients through the discovery process and he has assisted clients in defense of trial court victories on appeal. Cole’s practice covers a wide variety of sectors, including entertainment, non-profit, insurance, a number of different technology sectors, and pharmaceuticals.
Cole also maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented a number of criminal defendants at both the trial and appellate levels. He has also drafted a number of amicus briefs on behalf of pro bono clients at the Supreme Court and litigated voting rights disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Cole clerked at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before that, he clerked at the U.S. District Court of Montana and worked as an associate at Arnold & Porter LLP in Washington, D.C.
