Les Schiefelbein, SVAMC
Les Schiefelbein is the CEO of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center and CEO of the Global Technology Dispute Resolution Council and serves as an independent commercial Arbitrator and Mediator in domestic and international disputes. Les founded Schiefelbein Global Dispute Resolution to bring his more than 30 years of industry and government experience, as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Lockheed Martin and as an Air Force Judge Advocate Reserve (Colonel), in resolving international and domestic legal and business matters to the practice of dispute resolution.

Alexander Fessas, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) International Court of Arbitration
Alexander G. Fessas is the Secretary General of the ICC International Court of Arbitration. As Secretary General, he is responsible for the operational management and coordination of the ICC Court’s Secretariat and other dispute resolution services in Paris, Hong Kong, New York, Sao Paolo and Singapore.

   

Brandon Pace, Lending Club
Brandon Pace is the Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Head of Corporate Legal for LendingClub. At LendingClub Brandon manages the corporate legal functions for the company including contracts, corporate reporting and filing, intellectual property, investigations and litigation, licensing, operations, privacy, real estate, and regulatory change and compliance. Prior to joining LendingClub, Brandon was the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel for eBay, which for many years also owned PayPal. At eBay Brandon had global responsibility for Asset Protection, Investigations and Litigation, Patents and Open Source, Regulatory matters, and Technology Transactions. In many of years of private practice preceding eBay Brandon worked primarily for international law firms representing technology and financial companies in commercial, intellectual property and investigation and litigation matters.

   

Maggie Pei, Sokon
Maggie Pei is General Counsel of the worldwide business of SOKON Intelligent Vehicle Business Unit, which designs, manufactures, sells and services electric vehicles in a few countries including China and U.S. SF motors, a Delaware company headquartered in Silicon Valley, is the US subsidiary of this Intelligent Vehicle Business Unit.  Prior to this role, Maggie led Tesla’s China legal team for four years and assisted Tesla China in becoming Tesla’s second-biggest market. Earlier in her professional life, Maggie played important roles in arbitration cases before the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. Maggie is admitted into practice in both China and California and is currently serving as an arbitrator for Beijing International Arbitration Center.

   

Matthew Reed, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati
Matt Reed is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he practices in the areas of technology-focused international and domestic arbitration and intellectual property litigation, including patent litigation in U.S. district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission, and trade secret disputes in state and federal court.

 

   

Leslie Skinner, Intel
Leslie Skinner is Managing Counsel in the Intel Legal Trademarks & Brands group. She is responsible for the global protection and enforcement of various Intel brands, complex licensing and clearance projects, and managing Intel's anticounterfeiting efforts.
