Jeff Laretto is a member of the firm's corporate practice and is based in the New York office. He focuses on representing high-growth technology companies at all stages of development that are primarily located in and around New York City.

Jeff has advised more than 60 start-ups in connection with incorporation and organizational matters; angel, seed, and venture capital financings; venture debt transactions; strategic investments; commercial agreements; acquisitions; employment matters; general corporate governance; and sale transactions. He also periodically advises venture capital funds in connection with equity investments and private equity funds with respect to acquisitions.

Prior to practicing law, Jeff was a software engineer and consultant for numerous technology companies and focused on developing enterprise-scale mobility solutions for the HVAC and field-service industries.
