Michael Cialone is a manager in the life sciences business advisory practice at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Based in New York City, Michael advises across a broad range of engagements, including corporate development, fundraising, and other corporate strategy initiatives. He also plays a key role in expanding the Wilson Sonsini advisory service offerings to life sciences clients based in the Northeast U.S.

Michael has experience in executing a wide range of strategic biopharma projects involving corporate planning, competitive intelligence, business development, and execution of operational initiatives. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Michael was a manager of corporate strategy at Sumitovant Biopharma, a biopharma company with a portfolio of five wholly owned and majority owned subsidiaries, where he played a key role in a variety of corporate strategy and business development initiatives. Previously, he was a senior analyst in Pfizer’s strategy and consulting division, a group dedicated to providing management consulting support to Pfizer’s executive leadership team.
