Before joining the firm, Jesse was an associate in the New York office of Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where he represented various companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions. He also served as a judicial law clerk to Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster of the Delaware Court of Chancery.
During law school, Jesse externed with the global M&A group of a Fortune 500 technology company. He participated in the law and entrepreneurship clinic, externed with the Revenue and Finance Division of the Office of the Attorney General for Washington State, and externed with Chief Justice Matthew B. Durrant and Associate Chief Justice Thomas R. Lee of the Utah Supreme Court. Before law school, Jesse served as a secondary mathematics corps member with Teach For America.
