Drew Kohlmeier is an associate in the Boston office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses on corporate and securities law. He supports life sciences and technology companies throughout their business life cycle, including formation, corporate governance, venture capital financings, strategic alliances, and mergers and acquisitions.
During law school, Drew was a summer associate in Wilson Sonsini’s Boston office, where he assisted in the representation of early-stage life sciences companies. He also completed internships with Radius Health, Inc. and the Boston office of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Enforcement Division. Prior to law school, Drew assisted the technology transfer office of Kansas State University.
