Christopher (Chris) Hurn is senior counsel in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he has a broad financial regulatory practice focusing on clients in the fintech and financial services sectors.
Chris has advised clients on a wide range of matters, including international growth activity, complex public and private M&A transactions, regulatory capital matters, and FCA investigations and enforcement activity. He has also regularly advised clients on regulatory approval applications, including in relation to changes of control and the UK Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
Prior to joining the firm, Chris was a senior associate in the financial regulation department of Slaughter and May in London.
