Bridget Grier is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she supports public and private companies at all stages of growth. She focuses on corporate and securities law, including general corporate representation, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings. Bridget also maintains an active pro bono practice and received a Pro Bono Service Award in recognition of her significant contributions to Wilson Sonsini’s pro bono program.
During law school, Bridget was a student attorney in Michigan Law’s Entrepreneurship Clinic and interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission (in the Strategic Hub for Innovation and Financial Technology), Vivaldi Capital Management (a registered investment adviser), and Sotheby’s. She also self-designed a legal externship in Accra, Ghana with the Ghana, Museums and Monuments Board and worked as an exhibition researcher at the University of Michigan Museum of Art.
Prior to her legal career, Bridget was an Operations Coordinator for Education and Cultural Programs at the Smithsonian Associates and the Project Coordinator for Clemency Project 2014, a federal clemency initiative.
