A "can't miss" for corporate board members, CEOs,
general counsel, compliance officers and risk managers

You're invited to join AIG and Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati for an in-depth look into crisis response planning in today's world.

WSGR partner and cybersecurity expert Beth George, former Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Defense, an Associate Counsel to the President, and Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security in the U.S. Department of Justice, joined by colleagues Wendy Waszmer and Laurie Smilan and AIG's Brady Head and Allan Jacobs, will provide cutting edge advice on:

  • Advance risk assessment and response planning
  • Roles of corporate constituents and outside experts
  • Coordination of civil, criminal, regulatory, IR, HR, and PR responses
  • Minimizing damage as crises emerge and evolve

The panel will walk through a cybersecurity hypothetical, using practical but best-practice approaches that also broadly apply to other current crisis threats – including #metoo, product defects, and domestic terrorism.
