Antitrust Attorneys Recognized in Who's Who Legal: Competition Lists

Nine of the firm's antitrust attorneys have been recognized in the 2018 edition of Who's Who Legal: Competition lists, which are produced in conjunction with its sister publication, Global Competition Review. Specifically, partners Scott Sher, Jon Jacobson, and Susan Creighton were recognized in the publication's "Competition" section, while partners Wendy Waszmer, Jamillia Ferris, Jeff VanHooreweghe, and Franklin Rubinstein and Senior Of Counsels Josh Wright and Danny Sokol were recognized in the "Competition—Future Leaders" category.

In the publication, Scott is praised for his vast international expertise, while Jon is noted for handling high-profile antitrust litigations across a variety of industries. Meanwhile, Susan is recognized for her "wide-ranging expertise across litigation, investigations, and merger review."

In addition, Wendy is ranked among the top five "Most Highly Regarded" North American competition partners and noted for the "quality of her cartel defense work." Jamillia is recognized for having an "excellent combination of strong legal skills, brilliant interpersonal skills, and high-level government experience," while Jeff is honored for his work advising well-known IT companies on antitrust matters. Franklin is recognized for his specialty in complex antitrust investigations in a variety of sectors. In addition, Josh is ranked among the "Most Highly Regarded" North American competition non-partners, while Danny is noted as a "distinguished practitioner with a wealth of experience handling some of the most complex mandates in the U.S."
