Nutanix Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
On September 29, 2016, Nutanix, a next-generation enterprise cloud platform company, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 14,870,000 shares of Class A common stock at a price to the public of $16.00 per share. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on September 30, 2016, under the ticker symbol "NTNX." Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is advising Nutanix in the offering.
In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 2,230,500 additional shares. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. are acting as lead book-running managers for the offering, while J.P. Morgan Securities and RBC Capital Markets are acting as book-running managers. Robert W. Baird & Co., Needham & Company, Oppenheimer & Co., Pacific Crest Securities, Piper Jaffray & Co., Raymond James, Stifel, and William Blair & Company are acting as co-managers.
