Sunrun Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

On August 5, 2015, Sunrun, a leading national provider of residential solar to homeowners, announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 17,900,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $14 per share, raising approximately $251 million. In addition, the company and certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,685,000 shares of common stock to cover overallotments, if any. Sunrun is trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol "RUN." Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is advising Sunrun in the offering.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Goldman, Sachs & Co., and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are acting as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. BofA Merrill Lynch and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are also acting as book-running managers, with KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc. and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc. acting as co-managers.
