NetSuite to Be Acquired by Oracle for $9.3 Billion

On July 28, 2016, Oracle announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire cloud software provider NetSuite for $109.00 per share in cash, or approximately $9.3 billion. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is advising NetSuite in the transaction.

The transaction, which is among the largest in Oracle's history, is expected to close later in 2016, subject to regulatory approvals and other closing conditions.
