Autodesk Prices $750 Million Note Offering

On June 2, 2015, Autodesk, Inc. announced the pricing of two series of its notes in an aggregate principal amount of $750 million in an underwritten, registered public offering. Of these notes, $450 million will mature on June 15, 2020, and will bear interest at an annual rate of 3.125 percent, and $300 million will mature on June 15, 2025, and will bear interest at an annual rate of 4.375 percent. The offering closed on June 5, 2015. WSGR advised Autodesk in connection with the transaction.

Autodesk intends to use the net proceeds from the sale of the notes for general corporate purposes, including working capital, capital expenditures, acquisitions and strategic transactions, and stock repurchases.
