MuleSoft Closes Initial Public Offering

On March 22, 2017, MuleSoft Inc., a software company that helps organizations change and innovate faster by making it easy to connect the world's applications, data, and devices, closed its initial public offering of 14,950,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share, resulting in estimated net proceeds to the company of $236,359,500. The shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 17, 2017, under the ticker symbol "MULE." Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati represented MuleSoft in the offering.

Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint lead book-running managers for the offering, while BofA Merrill Lynch acted as an active book-running manager. Allen & Company LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., and Jefferies LLC acted as book-running managers and Canaccord Genuity Inc., Piper Jaffray & Co., and William Blair & Company, L.L.C. acted as co-managers.
