EXPERIENCE:

Bryan King is a partner in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters for emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and public companies.

Bryan was an associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Seattle office from 2007 until 2011, when he joined a Seattle-area biopharmaceutical company as corporate counsel. He rejoined the firm in June 2012.

Prior to law school, Bryan was a financial analyst in the investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney in New York, with a focus on media, telecommunications, and power companies.
