EXPERIENCE:

Catherine (Cathy) Doxsee is Of Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where her practice focuses on corporate and securities transactions. Cathy works with public and private companies through all stages of their growth, as well as with investment banks and venture capital firms. She also counsels clients on matters such as general corporate governance and public company disclosure, as well as reporting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.

From 2007 to 2014, Cathy was an associate in WSGR's Palo Alto office. Prior to rejoining the firm, Cathy was counsel in the Menlo Park office of Goodwin Procter LLP.
