Privacy and Data Protection
Christopher is a UK-qualified lawyer who practices in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati’s London office. His practice focuses on privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity. His experience includes advisory, regulatory, and transactional matters for multi-national companies across numerous sectors. He has advised companies ranging from start-ups to multi-national organisations on a range of data protection and privacy issues such as data breach response procedures, binding corporate rules applications, impact assessments and extensive General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance projects.
Chris writes on technological developments and their legal implications, and has contributed articles to prominent privacy publications, including Privacy Laws & Business.
Previously, Chris was a legal specialist at Citigroup’s London offices for mergers and acquisitions, where he advised on international data protection compliance issues and developed and conducted GDPR training. Before working for Citigroup, he worked at Linklaters in its London office.EDUCATION:
