Keegan Drake is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he is a member of the firm's corporate practice and counsels public and private companies at all stages of their growth. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law (including general corporate representation) and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Keegan co-founded a start-up based in the Research Triangle area and was a teaching assistant for law students learning accounting, statistics, and economics. Prior to law school, he worked on Capitol Hill as a domestic policy aide and at a real estate investment firm and brokerage.
