EXPERIENCE:

Timothy H. Shapiro is a tax associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He represents public and private companies in connection with a wide variety of domestic and cross-border transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, restructurings, financings, and the formation and operation of limited liability companies and partnerships.

From 2011 to 2013, Timothy was a law clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Posner of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
