Amanda Pollard is a U.S.-qualified associate in the London office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she advises technology companies and investors on U.S. corporate and transactional matters. She supports U.K. and other European-based companies through all stages of their U.S. life cycle, including U.S. expansion, venture and growth capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and public company reporting, and corporate governance of U.S. parent and subsidiary companies. She also assists U.S., U.K., and other European-based investors with cross-border financings, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
