A tax partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Ivan Humphreys represents clients in connection with a variety of transactional matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, spin-offs, restructurings, financings, and the formation of partnerships and limited liability companies.
Ivan has been a lecturer at Golden Gate University's Graduate Tax School, Stanford Law School, and the San Jose State Graduate Tax Program. He is currently a member of the firm's policy committee.
