Julia Reigel is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. She counsels large public company clients and acts as general outside counsel for small public companies and private companies. She also serves as a day-to-day primary support and client contact for most of her clients. Her corporate counseling activities include advising boards of directors and issuers on fiduciary matters, disclosure questions, and compliance issues, as well as counseling directors and issuers on corporate governance matters. Julia also represents issuers in public offerings and private placements of public equity or convertible debt, buy- and sell-side transactions, and public and private acquisitions and spin-offs. In addition to representing companies in public offerings and acquisition transactions, Julia represents issuers and venture capital funds in venture financings.
Prior to attending law school, Julia served in several different economic research and bank holding company regulatory capacities at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.
