| EXPERIENCE: Rod Strickland is a partner at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he focuses primarily on securities and consumer class action defense and general commercial litigation. Rod's practice includes cases involving allegations of securities fraud, violations of consumer protection statutes, false advertising, unfair competition, breach of contract, and interference with economic relationships. Rod is admitted to practice in California and before several United States district courts. He has represented clients in courts throughout California and in Arizona, Delaware, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia. Rod is the former co-chair of the firm's Associate Hiring Committee and Education Committee.
