Mark Cornillez-Ty is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice includes the representation of private and public high technology and growth companies with respect to executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark clerked for the Honorable Arthur L. Nims, III, and the Honorable Joel Gerber of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
