Michael Klippert is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on the representation of private and public high technology and growth companies with respect to executive compensation and employee benefits matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael clerked for the Honorable Harry A. Haines of the United States Tax Court in Washington, D.C.
