Attendees will be responsible for travel and lodging, but most other amenities will be hosted by the sponsors. To promote the social and relaxed element of the conference, we encourage your significant other or guest to attend the hosted activities and meals. Attendees and their guest may choose one each of the following activities on Tuesday, March 13.

Skiing:

A drop-in group lunch is scheduled from 12:00pm - 1:00pm at the Silver Lake Lodge, located at the base of the Quincy Express Lift. Lunch vouchers will be provided to all skiers.

Spa:

Indulge in either a 60-minute Massage or Customized Facial. Please contact Addie Bell at Spa Montage at (435) 604-1369, and reference the Energy Tech Winter Fest group. You and/or your guest will have the option of a boxed lunch or a voucher for the group lunch at the Silver Lake Lodge, at the base of the Quincy Express Lift.

For room reservations, please call Montage Deer Valley at (435) 604-1300, and reference the Energy Tech Winter Fest 2012 Conference. Your conference rate is $395.00 and is guaranteed until February 17, 2012. Reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.

Biography:

All Energy Tech Winter Fest attendees (Speakers, Sponsors, Founders, and General Attendees) may submit a biography and photo to be included in the conference binder. Please submit your biography no later than Friday, March 2. We can only accept biographies submitted via the online biography form.
