Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati was founded in Palo Alto in 1961. Although we since have grown to a nationwide firm, we continue to take pride in our Silicon Valley roots and the strong and long-lasting relationships we have established with the region's technology, life sciences, and growth companies, as well as the local venture capital community.
