Several of our New York attorneys have clerked for Second Circuit judges, as well as United States district judges in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. In addition, a number have served in both the criminal and civil divisions of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, including in supervisory, appellate positions. One of our antitrust partners served as the chief merger enforcer at the Justice Department's Antitrust Division, and another was a member of the congressionally-appointed Antitrust Modernization Commission. They both have played major roles in many of the most significant antitrust cases, transactions, and appellate rulings in the nation over the past 15 years.
