Summer Associates

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Summer Associate Program is an important source for attorney recruitment. The Summer Associate Program offers selected law students an opportunity to observe and participate in the work of the nation's leading provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth companies. Our summer calendar each year is packed with an abundance of social and educational events to showcase our top-notch legal work, entrepreneurial clients, and talented team of attorneys.

Summer at our firm incorporates all the things we think are important to our culture: challenging and varied work assignments, direct working relationships with our innovative clients, exposure to a wide range of practicing attorneys at our firm, a comprehensive training program, and exciting social activities that take advantage of our locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and technology centers around the country.

Summer associate positions are available to individuals currently studying at accredited law schools. Please consult the On Campus Schedule page to learn if we will be visiting your school for in-person interviews. If we are not visiting your school or if you were unable to secure an interview slot during on-campus recruiting, you may apply to be a summer associate or fall associate by submitting your résumé and law school transcript directly to the firm.
