Fall Associates and Judicial Clerks

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati is always looking to recruit third-year law students whose academic and professional experience will enhance the quality and breadth of the services we provide to our clients. We actively interview on campus at more than 30 of the nation's leading law schools. Please see the On Campus Schedule page to learn when we will be at your school.

If we are not visiting your school or if you were unable to secure an interview slot, you may submit your cover letter, résumé, and law school transcript directly to the firm.

In addition, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati actively recruits judicial clerks each year and appreciates the substantial value of a judicial clerkship. We recognize that clerkships provide a rare opportunity for future attorneys to see behind the scenes of a courtroom and gain a better understanding of the legal decision-making process. We know this insight will be of great benefit to the firm and our clients as we develop winning strategies for cases and deals.

In recognition of that value, one year of work experience credit may be given for each year of a judicial clerkship for compensation and partnership purposes, up to a maximum of two years' credit for clerks of federal court judges and the highest state-court judges coming to the firm directly from their clerkship and joining the Litigation Department.
