EXPERIENCE:

Scott Craig is an associate in the Austin office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice primarily consists of mergers and acquisitions, private company equity and debt financing, public offerings (including the initial public offering of Rackspace Hosting in August 2008), and general corporate and securities law with an emphasis on the representation of private emerging growth companies. Scott also has experience in joint venture formation and energy law, including energy supply-chain contracting and mergers and acquisitions.

Before attending law school, Scott worked for three years as a management consultant for Manhattan Associates, a supply-chain and warehouse-management consulting and software company.
