David Wickwire is an attorney in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where his practice focuses on representing growth companies, venture capital firms, and public companies. David has a broad range of experience in corporate and securities matters, including technology company start-up issues; venture capital transactions, representing both companies and venture capitalists; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; public and private offerings; and corporate governance issues.
