| EXPERIENCE: Jessica Rice is an associate in Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's employee benefits and compensation practice. Based in the firm's San Diego, California, office, she represents both public and private high-technology clients in connection with executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Her practice includes designing and implementing equity incentive plans, bonus plans, employment agreements, tax-qualified retirement plans, severance arrangements, and other welfare-based arrangements, as well as advising clients on any tax, accounting, securities, or other federal and state law issues with respect to such arrangements and plans. In addition, Jessica is actively involved with the firm's transactional practice, working with employers to manage the transition of employees and their benefits during and after a merger or acquisition.
