EXPERIENCE:

Cameron Smith is a corporate and securities attorney in the Seattle office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. His practice focuses on the corporate representation of growth companies, mature technology businesses, and venture capital firms, with an emphasis on public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, corporate formation, licensing transactions, and corporate governance. Cameron has experience representing public and private companies in a variety of industries, including renewable energy, life sciences, software, semiconductor, Internet, telecommunications, and other emerging technologies.

Prior to joining the firm, Cameron worked as an associate at Deloitte Tax LLP.
