Jonna M. Anderson is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Her practice centers on corporate transactions, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, and equity and debt offerings, and general corporate representation matters. Jonna's corporate representation matters include assisting with public company disclosure issues, corporate governance, compliance with federal securities laws, and equity incentives. She has represented public and private companies, as well as venture capital, private equity, and investment firms, in technology, software, Internet infrastructure, life sciences, and other industries.
