Jeff Palmer is a counsel in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. He focuses his practice on the areas of complex business litigation and securities litigation as well as government enforcement, corporate governance, and director and officer representations. Jeff regularly represents clients in litigation, pre-litigation, and regulatory investigations. He also advises clients on a range of business and risk management matters.
